Software Engineer - Node, AWS
Fully remote
£50k-£55k + benefits

An ambitious Software Engineer is required by a growing start-up company offering the opportunity to work from home. Due to continued success the company is looking to expand its development team and is looking for a highly skilled software engineer to help move the team forward.
The successful Software Engineer should have strong experience with JavaScript, Node.js and AWS. As well as these technologies, any knowledge of React, Docker and other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform) would be beneficial.
This role would suit a Software Engineer who enjoys working in a small, start-up environment and can join the company and have a big effect on the technical direction the company moves in. They will be experienced with the full Software Development Life Cycle and modern tools and pipelines.
Key experience;
- Node.js
- JavaScript
- AWS, Lambda
- SQL & NoSQL databases
Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous, but not a prerequisite;
- React
- Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Docker, Kubernetes
- A degree in a relevant subject i.e. Computing, Computer Science etc
