Software Product Manager required to join my client, the number 1 software provider in the U.K. in their field, in Portsmouth. You will join a talented Product team who work closely with Development and other departments to ensure my clients customers received the best service and products using the latest thinking and technology. You will aid the development through a strategic product roadmap and defining and shaping the Customer Experience Management Solution.
Your Experience:
- 5-7 years' experience in software product management
- Agile Product Manager
- Ideally come from a Sales Performance Management Software background
- Demonstrable subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: Incentives, Compensation, Financial Management, Sales, Analytics, Business Intelligence
- Experience in Enterprise Software used daily by 1000s of end users
- Experience in B2B, Analytics and / or Cloud
Soft Skills:
- Strong networking, communication and presentation skills
- Team Player, Can-Do attitude
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex global environment
Your Responsibilities:-
- Lead product strategy in collaboration with Senior Management, Engineering, Sales, Services and Support
- Produce information from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, customer feedback, parent data, competitive assessments, market trends) and develop, define and prioritise requirements for product development
- Requirements elicitation
- Developing product themes, epochs, user stories and user / buyer personas
- Manage the product roadmap
- Translate high level strategies into manageable stories and product backlog
- Act as the voice of the user to the development team
- Ensuring successful go-to-market
- Support Sales in Customer Engagements
