Software Support Analyst - ERP, Accounting, Business Management

£18,000 - £25,000 + Company Benefits + Career Progression
We are seeking a Software Support Analyst, with experience across either software, application, product or systems support, to offer technical support and assistance to a prestigious client's customer base. As a part of a team of software support consultants and analysts who provide support and implementation services, you will focus on providing customers with software solutions and fixes.
This mission-critical, sprawling software is developed and supported inhouse, continously redefining it's features to ensure the efficiency and quality of service. Essential skills:
- Previous experience of providing software / application / product support
- Experience of supporting ERP or accounting software would be a bonus
- Good general IT skills
- Experience of call logging and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus on customer service
