£25,000 - £35,000 + On Call Bonus + Benefits + Training + Progression
We are looking for a Software Support Consultant to join a market-leading technology company play a pivotal role in supporting award-winning bespoke software as part of a forward-thinking, customer-centric team.
Due to continued and significant organic growth, the support team is expanding to include an additional software or application support engineer consultant who will work to provide a first class customer service, logging customer calls and providing an effective, efficient solution.
- Degree educated in a technical discipline or equivalent software / application support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution-focused and high attention to detail
- Ability to absorb and assimilate information quickly and efficiently
- Strong general IT skills
