Application Software Support
near Southampton & Bournemouth. Hampshire & Dorset Border
Application Software Support analyst required to join a leading Software House based in the New Forest, near Southampton and Bournemouth. This is an exciting new opportunity to join the support team at a busy time, working on new full lifecycle projects.
My client have a buoyant team environment working on interesting projects for well-known retail companies.
If you are enthusiastic about support and keen to work in a friendly and rewarding team environment please get in touch ASAP. This opportunity provides the foundation to move into development or if you are keen to stay within software and application support you can do so.
Technical Skills Required:
- Support of web sites, web services and software applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft .Net
- Knowledge and understanding of Java
- Problem solving
- Investigate, analyse and document reported defects
- Work closely within the internal development team
- Excellent communication skills
The office is based in West Southampton, near Romsey and the New Forest, 40 minutes from Bournemouth and Salisbury.
