Software Support Engineer required by a leading technology company based in Aylesbury. Due to continued success and planned expansion the company are looking to hire a Software Support Engineer to join their existing support team.
The successful Software Support Engineer's role will be to provide application support for customers whilst working alongside the development team to ensure the best service is delivered. They should have previous triage experience including log analysis, troubleshooting, identifying and classifying issues.
Essential
- Software application support
- SQL and NoSQL knowledge
Advantageous
- Telephony, VoIP, WebRTC, HTTP, HTTPS
- Understanding of software development or testing
- AWS and Cloud Deployment
