Software Support Engineer - Microsoft Gold Partner - C#, Asp.Net, SQL
Our client is a leading IT Solutions provider based in Poole, Dorset and are looking for a Software Support Engineer to join their established software development team.
The Software Support Engineer will be supporting customers who have bespoke software developed and maintained by my client. The role will be a combination of Software Development and 2nd/3rd line support and will involve debugging, maintenance, fault finding and correction of code. The work is varied and will be working on different sized projects and technologies.
Essential Skills:
- Technical Support / Customer Service / Helpdesk
- Passion for coding and software development
- C# / .Net
- Net (preferably MVC)
- SQL
- Attention to detail
Desirable Skills:
- Git Source Control
- REST/SOAP
- Javascript / JQuery
- HTML/CSS
- XML
