Software Support Specialist
Fareham, Hampshire
£25,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading software company based in Fareham who are looking to expand their award-winning software support function to include an additional software / application support specialist.
As a business that has enjoyed continued and significant growth, they are looking for a bright, creative and determined individual to work within the digital function who build world-class cloud applications for a portfolio of cross-industry clients, ensuring the delivery of timely, consistent and high-quality applications within required SLAs.
You will identify, research and collaborate with other teams to help resolve technical issues and communicate with customers and users to report on the status and resolution of issues. You will have exemplary communication skills that instils confidence in customers and colleagues and work proactively with these stakeholders to identify trends and issues.
Essential skills
- Strong academic background, ideally educated to degree level in a software or computing discipline
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in a technical support or technical consultant position
- Have a service-oriented approach to work
- Customer service experience
- Proven ability to learn quickly and absorb information
