Software Test Analyst
Web based testing, Jira, SQL, ISEB, ISTQB
Hampshire; Southampton, Winchester area
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic Software Test Analyst to join an established SaaS technology company in Hampshire at an exciting time, with scope for training and progression in an established IT team.
The Software Test Analyst would be involved in the full Test lifecycle, working closely with Software Developers and other Testers who follow Agile and Waterfall processes.
Preferred candidates will offer 2 years+ commercial experience, including current exposure to Web based testing and creation of manual test scripts.
Required Technical Skills and experience:
- Minimum 2+ years software testing experience
- Experience of Web based testing
- Experience of writing and executing test scripts
- Must be passionate about testing and new test methods
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with all areas of the business
- Degree educated, or equivalent or ISEB / ISTQB certified
- UK resident
Desirable:
- The ability to code in an OOP language (C#, Ruby, Java etc) is highly desirable
- An understanding of SQL Server
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 based on experience
