IT Manager (hands on) is required to join and well recognised organisation based in a rural location on the outskirts of Winchester, Hampshire. The IT Manager will work within their dynamic IT Support function where you will be the sole IT Engineer within the business providing 1st-3rd line remote and face to face support. As the IT Manager the successful candidate will help to support the day to day business as usual requirements as well as lead/manage IT Infrastructure projects throughout the organisation to drive the IT platforms forward.
This candidate will own the incident, problem and change management processes whilst coordinating the resources to meet the organisation's needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven with an eye for detail to continuously seek improvements to processes and procedures within the IT estate.
- 1st-3rd line IT support experience
- BAU end user support - remote & face to face.
- Incident, problem and change management.
- Windows OS 7-10
- Active directory & Group policy
- Windows server up to 2012
- Office 365
- Microsoft office
- Hardware and software support.
- Technical documentation.
- Stakeholder management including 3rd party vendors.
- Excellent customer service/facing experience
