An exciting opportunity for a technical account manager has arisen in Basingstoke at one of the most exciting new tech start-ups.
As a technical account manager, you will be responsible for the technical set up and onboarding of new clients and supporting them with day-to-day technical challenges. This is an excellent time to join with a proven and inspirational leadership and early successes means they are growing their headcount across the business.
You'll be working closely with the customer success team to ensure successful implementations and act as a technical consultant helping with the on-boarding processes, helping to deliver scalable solutions and troubleshooting issues.
The successful technical account manager will have the following skills;
- Experience working in a client facing technical role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with on-boarding processes, giving product demos and troubleshooting
