Technical Business Analyst

£45,000 - £50,000 + Generous Pension, Flexible Working, Enhanced Annual Leave

We are looking for a dynamic, business-centric professional to act as a technical design authority (TDA) for all information system design aspects within a global company in Oxford. Alongside the CTO, you will be involved in delivering agreed information and data architecture standards across all information system deliverables, helping to develop the entire information and data strategies and delivering information architecture design standards across an information system landscape. Key deliverables will include:
- Requirement gathering
- Creating and preparing business cases
- Ensuring designs meet agreed standards
- Developing strategic and tactical solutions for problems to meet business requirements
- Implementing agreed information system strategies and policies

To be suitable for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
- Broad knowledge of data analytics (data security, data warehousing, GDPR, data protection)
- Extensive stakeholder engagement skills
- Clear and concise communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work collaboratively to solve complex problems
- Demand management and planning skills
