Solutions Architect (Web / Application Technologies)
Oxford, Oxfordshire
£45,000 - £50,000 + Generous Pension, Flexible Working, Enhanced Annual Leave

This exciting role works closely with both internal teams and external agencies to deliver technical oversight and governance for the company’s online presence and mobile applications. It ensures technical solutions are fit for purpose, cost effective and aligned to the overall IT strategy. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and innovative, with a strong background in web technologies and development.

This role also support the internal DevOps team, providing architecture support and technology leadership including mentoring and applications solution design support. It would suit a Development Team Leader who is looking to move into a solutions architect role. Hands-on coding is not a direct responsibility of the role, however, someone with a strong background in development would be a good match.

•        Service Oriented Architecture
•        Security frameworks
•        Sitecore CMS
•        Node JS
•        JitterBit, nService Bus
•        SharePoint online
•        Salesforce
•        MS SQL Server

Desirable Skills

  • Designing solutions in an Agile environment
  • ITIL experience
  • Good knowledge of SiteCore CMS, SharePoint or related web technologies
  • Micro-services,
