£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

My client who is a well-known company within Cyber Security is looking for a customer focused, Technical Support Engineer to come and join the team. You will be managing incident tickets from clients and creating investigations to the relevant areas whilst liaising with different teams and providing them with client feedback. You will be dealing with technical requests daily so you would need a passion for problem solving so that you can deal with complex concepts and have the ability to simplify them.

The ideal candidate will have a good foundation in client relationships and be very confident over the phone and face to face. The Technical Support Engineer will have a background within IT - experience within an IT helpdesk or similar and have the confidence to challenge ideas and to not be afraid of being innovative.

Key Skills

  • Experience in a customer facing role within IT or Cyber Security
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operation systems
  • Have the ability to understand and communicate security / IT concepts in a simple way
  • Very organised and can prioritise complex requests

  • Experience or an interest in Cyber Security
