Technical Support Engineer

Job description

My client are an emerging Fintech business who are continuing to grow due to continued investment and business success. They are now looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer to play a key role in building a new technical support framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious 2nd/3rd line support engineer to join a brand-new function and really make it their own. You will take full ownership of the 2nd/3rd line support function, report to and work alongside the Head of Technology. You will be the first member of the team and could therefore shape how the function grows within the months to come.

The Technical Support Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience within a 2nd/3rd line support function
  • Experience working with Linux
  • Will be familiar with DevOps practises
  • Azure - desirable but not essential
  • Salesforce - desirable but not essential

The salary for this role is up to £45,000 depending on experience and can offer predominantly remote working post COVID.
