Technical Support Engineer - Maidenhead, UK

I am currently working with a successful and rapidly growing medical devices company who are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer in the Service Team.

About the role

You will provide hands on technical support and maintenance of the range of humidifiers and medical devices and also deal with technical queries on the phone from hospitals, patients and team members.

Key Skills

  • Electronics/ Electrical experience - PCB/Soldering
  • Component maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills

About you

You will have a can do attitude, a sense of humour and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You will ideally have a background in electronic/electrical engineering at HND or equivalent and have the ability to be hands on with a range of medical devices, both in our service department and out on site in hospitals around the south of the UK.

Previous experience maintaining medical devices would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will have good technical skills plus the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of people.
