Test Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Oxford, Oxfordshire
Test Manager required by a leading technology company based in Oxford. Due to continued success and planned expansion the company are looking to hire a Test Manager with strong Agile experience to join and take ownership of setting up test process and growing out a team in this area.
This is an excellent opportunity for the Test Manager to make this brand-new role their own and define, implement and manage a test environment suitable for testing of the company's products. The successful Test Manager should have a solid technical understanding of software, automated testing and be capable of manual testing too.
Essential experience;
- Agile
- Experience of product testing within a modern software development environment
- Experience of managing others
- Ability to work across an organisation to successfully manage internal stakeholders
- Strong customer and user focus
- Track record of delivering on your commitments
Beneficial experience;
- Managed testing of a SaaS application
- Working in a Python environment
- Automation and DevOps processes
