One of Hampshire's leading global logistics firms is looking for a Trainee Applications Support Analyst to join their team.
The Trainee Applications Support Analyst will see you working in a small IT team where you'll be providing application support services and implementing change within the software and process development framework.
This role would suit someone who has recently completed a relevant IT course, either though college or in their own time or has previous experience in 1st line support.
The role of Trainee Applications Support Analyst;
- Fulfil requests for new configuration
- Diagnose incidents
- Deploy bug fixes
- Document and understand current solutions
- Delivery outcomes from the IT strategic plan
Any of the below experience is desirable but not essential;
- ITIL v3 foundation
- Experience of working in a service delivery environment
- PRINCE2
This Trainee Applications Support Analyst Role is paying up to £22,000 DOE and comes with a wide range of benefits.
