UX Lead - £55k - £65k - Guildford, Surrey
UX Lead required by a growing FinTech company based in Guildford, Surrey. The company are going through a large growth phase within their development team and are now looking for a UX Lead to join in a brand-new role.
The company have multiple product focused teams that require leadership in UX strategic planning, research, architecture, experience design, and optimisation. This would initially be a standalone role and therefore the successful person must be comfortable being the sole UX expert in the team.
Essential experience:
- 5+ years' experience in UX methodologies
- Implementing UX practices and methodologies
- Working across multiple teams
- Leading interactive workshops
- Personas, Experience maps, User scenarios, User flows
- Tools such as: InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma etc
