We began working with Navico in 2017, building on an existing relationship with their Development Manager from previous companies. This trust has grown through close collaboration with both the Hiring Manager and Global Talent Manager, creating a strong and transparent working partnership.
This partnership highlights the value of finding the right people - not just those with the right technical skills, but individuals who fit the culture, bring enthusiasm, and contribute to long-term success. It also demonstrates the strength of a trusted collaboration between Spectrum IT and the internal recruitment team.
Navico needed support to shape and scale its technology recruitment strategy during a period of development and change. Working closely with the internal team, we helped by:
