In October 2024, OnBuy reached out to us once again - selecting Spectrum IT as their exclusive recruitment partner for an ambitious 33-hire technology recruitment campaign. Building on the strong relationship and proven success of our earlier work together, they trusted us to support their next phase of scaling. The campaign focused on reducing time-to-hire, lowering internal time spent on recruitment, and reducing overall hiring costs, while ensuring access to high-quality talent aligned to strategic goals.

To deliver effectively, we established a structured and collaborative process from the outset. We agreed clear timeframes for CV feedback, interviews and offer management, and confirmed line-manager availability to maintain pace and consistency. We visited the OnBuy offices to meet with key stakeholders, refine campaign timelines, and align on essential skills, selection criteria and cultural fit. We also held regular catch-ups with team members to ensure visibility and continual improvement throughout the campaign.

To streamline efficiencies across the process, we worked closely with OnBuy’s recruitment operations team and used their candidate portal to improve workflow management, enhance communication flow, and increase transparency around application progress. Additionally, we created a bespoke Candidate Pack, highlighting the benefits of working at OnBuy and promoting their product vision, culture and future roadmap - helping attract, engage and convert high-calibre candidates.
