Total Security is a leading provider of smart home and business security solutions, offering innovative products and services in cybersecurity, surveillance, and risk management to help protect people and property. Spectrum IT has worked with JDI (Just Develop It) and its portfolio of companies since 2012, supporting their technology teams through periods of growth, transformation, and innovation. During this time, we’ve placed over 60 skilled professionals across their IT functions - including web and software developers, QA testers, and service desk support specialists.

Since 2018, we’ve worked closely with Total Security, one of JDI’s flagship companies. Specialising in cybersecurity, risk management, and physical security products for home users, Total Security has seen continued expansion of its engineering capability.

Our partnership has contributed to building a high-performing technical team that supports Total Security’s mission to protect home users through innovation and reliability.

Since 2023, we’ve also supported start-ups within the JDI, including:

• Bill Buddy – an innovative energy-saving app helping users manage energy consumption.

• Crumb – a pet location tracking app combining smart technology with real-time data.

We placed key hires such as Software Technical Leads and mid-to-senior-level Software Engineers, helping these new ventures establish strong technical foundations for growth.
