Aaron is a Senior Account Manager in the Contracts Team

His recruitment journey started back in 2014, building his experience by working unofficially inhouse. After 2 years he was ready to jump into an agency and worked there for 3 years before joining our team. Aaron is drawn to the element of the role which allows him to engage with contractors, building long term relationships, while also working closely with local clients to support their projects and hiring needs.

Long before recruitment, Aaron played international rugby and this need for fitness has not left him. He is a self-proclaimed gym-aholic with a love for EPIC cheat meals! Aaron has an obsession with cheese and can be found eating a block every single day.
