Dave joined Spectrum in late 2021, after being in the catering recruitment industry. He liked the vibe of permanent recruitment, so chose Spectrum IT! As an Account Manager, he covers many different types of permanent jobs, but is mainly focusing on Software Development.
He has been lucky enough to meet many famous faces, including Dawn French, Frank Bruno, and Diversity to name a few!
When he's not working, he can be found playing football or golf, or spending time with his two children.
