Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual who is passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring client success. Our client, who are a leading digital SaaS company is expanding and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to be a vital partner in their client's journey. This role blends proactive customer success with responsive support, ideal for someone who enjoys helping users directly while also nurturing long-term client relationships.
This is an office based role in Southampton. The successful candidate would ideally need to drive given the location of the office.
Skills required:
- 1+ year in customer service role
- Ideally experience working for a Tech, SaaS business
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and handle multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Teams, or similar is beneficial
- A curious, tech-savvy attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients
Responsibilities:
- Log client interactions and feedback in our CRM system to inform future engagement
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are maximising the value of their setups and content
- Serve as a friendly and proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
- Monitor client engagement and follow up to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
