We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive efficiency and innovation across a business investing in their IT with several transformation, automation and integration projects planned.

The Digital Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in a growing business with scope to transform fragmented processes with seamless digital solutions. The role will change "as-is" processes into scalable, automated "to-be" digital services ,with a focus on cost saving, utilising cloud technologies and improving automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation project strategy using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
• Act as a trusted partner to divisional leaders, translating complex business problems into technical prototypes.
• Improve Automation and drive cost saving.
• Use data analytics and BI tools to track measurable benefits, including ROI and productivity gains.
• Ensure all initiatives align with IT security and data protection standards

Key Requirements

• Proven background in leading Digital Transformation, preferably in a multi-business environment.
• Proven expertise in business process reengineering, systems integration (ERP/CRM), and cloud adoption.
• Enterprise level IT project or programme delivery
• Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile or similar
