IT Service Desk Manager

IT Service Desk Manager required by a leading well-known company based in Stafford. The successful IT Service Desk Manager will manage a team of 3 in a newly created team.

This is mainly an office-based role in Stafford, with some travel to the companies other office in Shrewsbury. The company do provide a car allowance for this.

The IT Service Desk Manager will work in an ITIL environment and play a key role in the Groups internal IT Support system.

Experience required:

  • ITIL V4 certification
  • JIRA
  • 1+ years' experience as a Service Desk Manager
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, Networks, and software applications
  • O365 products such as SharePoint and Teams
