We're working with an innovative and fast-growing fintech business, to recruit an Applications Support Engineer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, working closely with customers, and collaborating with development teams to deliver real, impactful solutions.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to build your technical skills across modern technologies, this role offers both challenge and progression.

Essential Skills

• Experience in application/software support or a similar technical support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills (technical → non-technical audiences)
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to learn and grow

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to C#, SQL Server, or similar technologies
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, or web-based systems
• Knowledge of Agile / DevOps environments
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, IIS
• Exposure to Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
