What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and delivering native Android applications (Java/Kotlin)
• Interfacing mobile apps with C++ libraries and Bluetooth-connected hardware
• Enhancing existing mobile products while spearheading new projects
• Debugging low-level communication issues, handling custom protocols and GPS/Wi-Fi integrations
• Leading design and development conversations with distributed team members
• Occasionally supporting customers with escalations and technical insights
• Mentoring peers and promoting clean, maintainable code and strong design principles

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of native Android development experience (Java/Kotlin)
• Strong background in C++ development and object-oriented programming
• Experience with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communications and hardware integration
• Knowledge of iOS development (Objective-C/Swift) is a plus
• Familiarity with GPS, Wi-Fi, mapping, CAN bus, or NMEA 2000 is highly desirable
• Proven experience working independently in a distributed team setup
• UI/UX design sensibility and a user-first mindset
• Experience working in high-performance, fast-paced engineering teams
• A passion for innovation - automotive/motorsport background is a plus, but not essential
