We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating, improving, and maintaining our IT systems to ensure they effectively meet the needs of the organisation. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power Pages, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across business processes.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand reporting requirements and develop interactive reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
Work closely with stakeholders to create and enhance custom applications, automate workflows, and improve the user experience within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Participate in data-driven and system development projects, providing advanced analytical insights and technical input.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to internal systems and data.
Manage the setup and dispatch of new starter hardware (laptops, mobile phones, and other peripherals) to ensure smooth employee onboarding.
Assist in the preparation of monthly Board Reports in collaboration with the IT & Systems Manager.
Maintain and continuously improve internal data processes to enhance business efficiency and accuracy.
Experience and Skills Required
Proven experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power Pages, particularly in creating dashboards and reports using Power Query.
Strong data skills with the ability to extract, transform, and analyse complex business information.
High proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools for data manipulation and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
