Business Systems Analyst / Digital Business Analyst

£35,000 - £42,000
Business Systems Analyst / Digital Business Analyst is required to join a successful Software Solutions company based in Southampton.
You will work alongside the Operations & Development teams, providing comprehensive support to all software requirements through stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, definition and documentation and project managing software requirements through to release.
This role would suit a Business Systems Analyst / Digital Business Analyst that has a proven track record of project work involving business systems / software. Projects will vary from new functionality or features of existing software products through to developing new suites of products.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Direct customer engagement and stakeholder management
- Eliciting software requirements from external customers and translating these into technical specifications ready for production.
- Accurate tracking and reporting of requirements through production and delivery
- Project Management of software requirements to Agile processes
Experience Summary:
- Experience working within a software development team managing software requirements from user specification through to development and release.
- Strong commercial experience working as a Business Systems Analyst /Digital Business Analyst within a software development environment.
- Agile, SCRUM, Kanban processes
- Knowledge of CRM, Systems, SQL Server is beneficial
