Cisco SME- 6-12 Month Contract - Basingstoke
Your Role:
You will be the Cisco SME and Telephony Consultant on a complete Contact Centre upgrade. You will work alongside the Enterprise Architects in finalising the High-Level designs and be responsible for the creation and approval of Low-Level Design documents to meet these High-Level Design requirements. You will also be responsible for defining the Technical Lifecycle Management required for the new Telephony and Unified Communications services, and creation of a Delivery Roadmap.
About You:
You will be a Cisco Telephony and Cisco Unified Communications SME, whose skills and experience includes;
- Previous experience as a Lead on a contact centre telephony upgrade or migration project
- CCNP or CCIE Certified
- Knowledge of;
- Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Voice Gateways
- Cisco Expressway
- Cisco Unity Connection
