Graduate Software Developer
Graduate Software Developer required by a software consultancy based in Reading, Berkshire. The company provide analytical and simulation software used by the emergency services around the world.
The successful Graduate Software Developer will join a small team of Software Developers developing a variety of applications, such as a cloud based mapping tool for live emergency incidents.
As a Graduate Software Developer you will work on developing and deploying web applications on AWS involving a mixture of technologies including .NET, JavaScript, Angular etc.
The company are very flexible and will provide training and support as well as career development opportunities. They are happy to consider candidates who have already Graduated, as well as those due to Graduate in 2023.
Essential experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, or another numerate subject
- Knowledge of either: C#, Java, or C++
Advantageous experience:
- Mathematics A level
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- SQL, Python, NodeJS, Angular, JavaScript
This is a great opportunity to join a small software company of around 25 people. The role will initially be office based 5 days a week in Reading and therefore candidates must be based around the local area. The company offer some great benefits including a 10% matched pension scheme.
