Job description
IT Support Engineer required by a successful company located in Poole. The IT Support Engineer will work in a small team and be responsible for the IT support of servers and networks for the company group.
The role will report into the IT Manager and focus on providing 1st/2nd line support to 100 staff across 5 sites.
Responsibilities
- 1st/2nd line support
- Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions
- Manage Support documentation
- Installation of IT equipment

- Windows 7/10
- Microsoft Office
- Apple/IOS
- Hardware
- A driving license is essential due to occasional client visits.
