Application Support Manager

Job description

An exciting opportunity for an Application Support Manager has become available for a key client of ours on a remote basis. This role will be aimed at delivering critical process improvements and managing a team of technical support analysts.

The team comprises of 8 engineers, and you'll be delivering on a variety of projects including designing & building processes.

🏠Fully remote

💰Up to £70k DOE

🙍‍♀️Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer

📃Key skills required:

  • Experience in the SaaS industry with ideally exposure to on-prem solutions, too
  • Experience developing metrics and managing remote teams
  • High level understanding of people leadership
  • Ability to scale and manage support services
  • Strong technical background with exposure to SQL and Freshdesk preferred (but not essential!)
