Senior Business Analyst - Hampshire - £65,000 + bonus + hybrid working
An experienced Technical Business Analyst is required to join a busy and growing international office based in Hampshire. You will be responsible for analysing and recommending potential solutions between the technical and non-technical teams. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting the implementation of positive tech change and driving process improvement and project delivery.
Candidates with Professional services, governance or regulatory experience backgrounds are preferred.
With offices based in Hampshire, this role offers hybrid working as well as a competitive salary and bonus scheme.
Essential Skills
- Work with internal Tech and Operations teams to delivery key change projects
- Working closely with technical teams to gather and provide detailed technical requirements
- Mentor Junior Business Analysts as required
- Be pivotal in improving system changes
- Help build Test plans as required
- A Professional services background is preferred
- Candidates with Testing or Data Analysis experience are preferred
Experience
- A thorough understanding of the legal sector/and or financial services
- Experience delivering regulatory and compliance change within the above sectors
- Strong performance evaluation and change management principles
- Ideally knowledge of RFI processes
- Experience with Data Analysis with the use of Excel
