Business Development Representative
Outbound Software Sales
Salary up to £28,000 + commission

  • Chance to work in established software provider
  • Up to £28,000 plus average annual commission of £12,000 OTE
  • Office based in Coventry

An established software company based in Coventry is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their talented team. They are looking to continue their growth by expanding their B2B Sales team to help expand their market as they begin launching new software solutions.

As a Software Business Development Representative, you will be working closely within the sales and marketing team to target new customers, build relationships and generate new leads. This role will be focused on outbound sales and lead generation and the ideal candidate will come from a B2B sales and lead generation environment. Utilising excellent customer service and sales experience, you'll be able to push the business forward and work with modern solutions solving real-world problems.

Key Skills:

  • Prior experience in Business-to-Business outbound sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to generate and follow up on leads to generate business
  • Experience selling solution focused products

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience in a Software Tech company or similar IT related industry is desirable but not essential
  • Educated to degree (or equivalent) level (desirable)

This position in based Monday to Friday from the company's office in Coventry, candidates must be prepared to travel to the office daily.
