Customer Service Engineer - Hook - £22,000

Customer Service Engineer required for an excellent client who are based in Hook, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The goal is to make sure that customers value is maintained to high standards.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication, telephone, email and customer focused service skills
  • Experience using helpdesk call logging systems
  • Working knowledge of Office packages
  • Ability to manage their own time resource but also work as part of a team
  • Desire to learn and develop as an employee with a want to bring something to the business
  • Working experience in the help desk environment will be beneficial
  • Team player
  • Advanced multi-tasking skills
