This Head of Cyber Security role is paying £100,000 and would be hybrid, based out of their Basingstoke office.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Cyber Security, you'll provide strategic leadership on all cyber/data security matters. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams, focusing on AWS, to develop, implement, and manage security strategies.
Ensure the security of cloud-based infrastructure, handle regulatory compliance, and lead incident response efforts.
Requirements:
- Application Security: Oversee SaaS application security, including code reviews and vulnerability assessments.
- Data Protection: Implement and oversee data protection strategies.
- Access Control: Establish and enforce strict access controls.
- Incident Response: Develop and maintain an incident response plan.
Desirable Experience:
- ISO27001/SOC2
- Identity and access management (IAM) systems
- S3 security tools, AWS CloudTrail, AWS CloudWatch, AWS Security Hub
- Container security (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Data security tools (encryption, masking, loss prevention)
- Cybersecurity, Data Protection, Privacy
- Cloud security posture management (CSPM)
- Security automation, scripting, program management, auditing
