IT Operations Coordinator
£30k - £40k
Hybrid working - 3 days in the Southampton office per week.

We are seeking a IT Operations Coordinator to join our clients' growing team in Southampton. This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic organisation known for its vibrant culture and commitment to employee development. Collaborating closely with the Head of Operations and other key teams, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various projects within the company.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in project coordination and operations with additional proficiency in CRM implementation, data protection, or testing being advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Head of Operations
  • Coordinating and supporting a diverse portfolio of projects
  • Managing document processing and facilitating change management
  • Ensuring smooth delivery and service for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Upholding compliance processes within the company
  • Conducting basic product and software testing as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and technical teams
  • Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills with a commitment to meeting set objectives and timelines
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office suite


  • Basic software testing
  • Experience of supporting with CRM implementations or similar
  • Experience across Data / Compliance / Governance
