IT Project Manager

Job description

An exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join a growing telecommunications business has come available with one of my clients. This role will predominantly see you delivering improvement projects within the transformation team.

Role responsibilities

  • Creating detailed project plans and programs
  • Defining scope of projects and ensuring adherence to scope
  • Working with business analysts to identify and implement improvements to minimise risk across the business
  • Develop project budgets in consideration with cost optimisation and reduction goals
  • Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies within the department and in the wider business

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Project Management, ideally with transformation projects
  • PRINCE2 qualification
  • Skills in collaborating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders and strong interpersonal skills to foster those relationships
  • Experience with relevant Project Management Software and processes
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
