IT Project Manager
£50,000 - £60,000
Hampshire - hybrid working
An exciting new opportunity for an IT / Digital Project Manager to join a growing company providing innovative solutions to a large client base. The role offers scope for progression, autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership of high-priority projects encompassing Infrastructure, Risk Management and Systems Implementation.
This is an internal position, reporting directly to C-level stakeholders. Projects will be closely managed and will require the ability to manage multiple projects at once - ranging in levels of duration and priority.
Location:
The company are based in Hampshire, commutable from Southampton, Winchester, Fareham, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, Bournemouth etc. On average you can expect to go to the office 1 day per week - potential for further flex.
Key Accountabilities:
- Infrastructure project management experience
- System implementation experience (HR Systems, SAP, Workday)
- Risk management experience and the ability to work autonomously
A high level of enthusiasm and drive to be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, coupled with a can-do attitude are essential attributes to achieve success in this role.
Requirements:
- 5 years+ IT Project Management experience (Infrastructure is essential)
- Effective in managing software / digital projects through the full life cycle
- Experience of internal and external stakeholder management
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, the ability to work automatously
- A proactive mindset towards project leadership and delivery
- Prince 2 Practitioner or PMP Certification
- Excellent communication skills
