IT Support Engineer - Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10
£24,000 + on-call bonus + benefits
You'll be joining a multinational company supporting internal users on a range of issues. The role will be fast-paced and varied with plenty of opportunity to pick up new skills alongside an established team. The role of IT Support engineer will involve troubleshooting:
- Business applications
- Shared applications
- Network issues
You'll also be required to join the out-of-hours rota which you will be paid for. The role offers lots of training and you'll have plenty of opportunity to step up into 2nd line.
The role will be varied however the core experience/skills required are:
- Active Directory administration
- Office 365
- Windows 10
- Outlook 2016
- ITIL V3 qualification (or willing to undertake the qualification)
- Good communication skills
This position is in Basingstoke and will require someone to be in the office at least two days per week.
