Job description
Junior Software Developer is required by a growing technology company based in Oxford. Due to continued expansion the company is looking to hire a Junior Software Developer to join their existing team working in a highly technical but relaxed environment.
*Hybrid remote working environment - 3 days per week in the office, 2 days remote.
This is a role that offers clear progression opportunities and the chance to work with modern technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Java, React & TypeScript.
The company offers a clear progression path to Senior Developer, Principal Developer, Tech Lead etc.
The role would suit a Software Developer with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or similar subject and 6-12 months commercial experience in software development with Java, Python or C#
Essential experience;
- 6-12 months+ commercial experience Java,Python or C#
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths or similar
Any experience in the following is not essential but would be advantageous;
- React
- Typescript
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Spring
- NoSQL databases
- Agile
