Are you organised and have a knack for communication? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Provisioning Engineer to join one of your growing clients, a leading Microsoft Service Provider based near Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

Our client is looking for a provisioning engineer to join their rapidly growing business. Their focus is on providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting clients with their diverse product sets. They are passionate about making technology easy and enjoyable for all businesses of all sizes.

As a provisioning engineer, you will provide an exceptional customer experience for all their customers, during the onboarding and offboarding process for the customer's products.

You will be responsible for ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout the process, whilst communicating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the delivery of our customer products, including keeping our customer informed throughout their onboarding and liaising with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Managing external suppliers, internal engineering and account management to deliver against department SLA's
- Speaking with our customers and suppliers via incoming phone calls or emails
- Providing administration support for the full customer life cycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Completing number porting across our different suppliers and products
- Dealing with customer complaints and escalating with suppliers and or senior management where necessary
- Being a customer champion by going the extra mile each and every time by looking for creative solutions to our customers problems
- Following all department procedures whilst ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated
- Working closely with other departments across the business to provide services to our customer

Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong administration experience in a B2B environment
- Well versed in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A passion for customer service excellence
- High level of organisation, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative with the ability to work un-supervised
- Enthusiasm to learn and complete department/company training requirements
- Technical or Telecom experience would be advantageous but not essential
