Python Software Engineer - AI / ML
Salary up to 75k + benefits + bonus + enhanced pension

We are seeking a talented Python Developer / Software Engineer to join a market leading consumer data specialist who leverage the power of Machine Learning and Data Science to solve real world digital challenges, boasting an enviable team of engineers and scientists, they are growing through investment and evolution.
The Python Software Engineer will be involved full life cycle with influence across the development of a Greenfield AI/ML products and additional back-end applications. The role will take the responsibility of mentoring other developers in the team and take the lead on AI projects where required.
The company can offer flexible remote working, with the occasional need for team meetings at their Hampshire offices.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Senior member of a collaborative Development team building and designing Greenfield AI products
- The role will remain hands-on, so will develop AI/ML software products using Python
- Collaborate with other teams and Senior level management on the AI product functionality, innovation and direction
- You will help ensure that development best practice (SOLID, TDD) and relevant standards and procedures are met
- Work to Agile best practice
Required Experience:
- 4-5+ year's commercial experience as a Software developer, Software Engineer
- Extensive commercial experience with Python
- Commercial experience with AI, Machine Learning environments and products.
- Commercial experience with TensorFlow, Pandas or similar
- CI / CD (Jenkins or similar)
- Comfortable working in cross functional teams to set timescales
- Degree educated in Computer Science, or related field is desirable
Their offices are based in Hampshire, and are commutable from Berkshire, Surrey, London areas as office working will be limited.
