Job description
Scrum Master required by a growing software company based in Farnborough, Hampshire. The company are going through a large growth phase within their development team and are now looking for a Scrum Master to work alongside the Senior Scrum Master.
Experience required:
- 1 year+ experience as a Scrum Master for software development teams
- Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, continual improvement etc
- Familiar with Agile techniques: User stories, Pairing, Agile games etc
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
