Scrum Master - Agile Lead
Eastleigh, Hampshire
(Hybrid Working - 2-3 days in the office and the rest remote)
£45,000 - £55,000

You will be the main point of contact and ensure all requirements have been carefully considered and prioritised, risks have been documented with clear mitigation and there is an outstanding level of clear clarification within our shared JIRA boards. You will be responsible for: delivery management, continuous delivery planning, scope management, risk management and stakeholder management.

You will work with the wider delivery team to help lead a culture of knowledge sharing, you will manage upwards on the performance of your projects and become a leading voice ensuring we are finding the most effective and sustainable way to deliver projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Agile and Lean Principles - guide and champion lean and agile principles
· Delivery Management - manage and ensure there is continuous flow of work
· Continuous Delivery Planning - create a realistic, achievable roadmap#
· Scope Management - embrace flexibility in requirements change to maximise stakeholder value
· Risk Management - map and comprehend the risks involved in several dimensions of work
· Stakeholder Management - identify, analyse, plan and implement actions that engage and build relationships
· Facilitation - steer team and stakeholders to work well
· Servant Leadership - lead by example. Serve the needs of the team by serving its team members
· Feedback - solicit and engage with feedback on a continuous basis

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Ideally you will have CSM or PSM - Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
· 5+ years' experience of working as an Agile PM, Iteration Manager / Scrum Master
· 3+ years' experience working in any software development team role
· Experience of working in an Agile environment
· Experience working with a cross-functional software development team
