Senior Software Developer (Backend) - Typescript, Node, C#

We are looking for a talented Senior Software Developer to join an ethical global business. Their mission is simple; to deliver safe, clean drinking water to millions of people.
The solutions to deliver this goal are designed and built by a talented team of software developers based remotely across the UK.

We are seeking 2 additional Senior Developers to join the team. This is a remote first (UK ONLY) role with no preference on working location, applicants must be eligible for UK employment.

The team write clean, performant, and secure code and strive to automate software testing and deployment at every opportunity. We are looking for experienced developers invested in best practice, that produce clear and concise documentation and contribute to technology strategy and improvement, including standardization of system architecture, reusable code base, source control and deployment processes.

The successful candidate will have experience of effectively managing a busy and dynamic workload in a remote work setting meeting project timescales.

Summary of Technical Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience working in an Agile software development team building commercial software.
  • Current experience using TypeScript, Node.js and C#
  • Event Driven Architecture (microservices).
  • AWS Lambda.
  • Unit Testing.

Desirable knowledge:Kanban.

  • Functional programming.
  • AWS DynamoDB.
  • AWS Serverless.
  • GraphQL
  • GitHub.


Salary; £60,000 - £70,000 + 20% bonus, pension, (further details to be provided)

The company host a friendly and information 2 stage interview process starting with an introduction call and technical Q&A.
Interviews are held remotely via MS Teams.
