Software Manager | Technical Lead
- C#, .Net, C++, Visual Studios, SQL Injection, Security
- Hampshire. Hybrid, 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
I am looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Software Manager / Technical Lead to provide management, leadership and technical coding expertise within a product team of 4 people.
You will have the opportunity to join a talented software team with expertise in digital media recording and transcoding. The team is part of a global company specialising in anti-money laundering, financial fraud protection and public safety services. Your contribution will help fight financial crime and identity fraud and provide you with a challenging scope of work in a rewarding sector.
About you:
We are looking for an experience Software Developer who has progressed into team leadership and management.
You will be naturally good at solving complex problems using well-structured code and best practice software engineering principles.
Skills & experience:
- Experience developing applications in C#.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET, JSON.
- Knowledge of C++ is a bonus.
- A strong grasp of Windows development tools.
- Experience of unit testing, code reviews, and other product quality disciplines.
- Experience of Agile development processes.
Nice to have:
- Experience of video and/or audio media processing.
- Experience in design of secure systems.
- Interest in learning new languages, platforms and technologies.
- Good knowledge of multithreaded and multi-process systems.
